# A Cool Friday

> A cool Friday greeting from Romashkovo! I love skiing just as much as handball and tennis. Enjoy the freshness of a snowy trail on a hot summer day!

A cool Friday ❄️

If you happen to be wilting in the heat that has, for once, settled over Moscow, here is a refreshing video from one of my cross-country ski outings.

Long-time readers know that I love sport. In particular, I regularly train with the MSU [handball](https://shorin.me/en/blog/2025/05/msu-vs-ranepa/index.md) team and also practise [tennis](https://shorin.me/en/blog/2025/06/letnee-obnovlenie/index.md).

I have never written on LinkedIn about my passion for skiing, but I love that too—both cross-country and downhill. Each has its own particular magic. I will write about that another time. For now, simply enjoy the wintry freshness of the ski trail in Romashkovo.
